Yes, in one click from your account, with no notice period and no fee. Cancel before Thursday midnight and the following week simply does not ship.
What happens if I pause?
Nothing is charged while a subscription is paused, and your plan and blend preferences are kept. Pause for a week or three months, it makes no difference to us.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free week, because every bottle is a perishable product someone harvested. What we do instead: your first week is fully refundable — drink all of it, tell us it was not for you, and we return the payment.
Do you offer discounts?
Prepaying a four-week cycle saves 12%. There are no other discount codes — the weekly price is the real price rather than a number inflated to be marked down later.
What if I hit a week where I travel?
Pause it. There is no minimum number of weeks per year and no penalty for gaps, which is the entire reason the pause button exists.
Is this for one person or a household?
Starter and Premium are built around one person. Ultimate is seven bottles, which most couples split across the week — or one person drinks daily.
Which plan should I start with?
Premium, for most people: five mornings is enough to turn it into a habit, and it is the plan you can most easily move up or down from. Starter if you want to test the taste first.
How do I switch plans later?
From the account page, effective on the next delivery cycle. Moving up applies immediately at the prorated rate; moving down applies from the following week.
