The Story
From one press in a garage to a daily ritual for thousands.
In 2026 we bought a second-hand hydraulic press, drove to a kale farm at 5 a.m., and delivered our first 30 bottles by bike. The juice was gone by 9 a.m.
Today the press house is bigger and the bikes became electric vans — but the rule hasn't moved: if it wasn't in the ground yesterday, it doesn't go in the bottle today.
