Delivery

Cold the whole way.
Or it doesn’t ship.

There is no warehouse in this chain, which is what makes the juice good and what makes the logistics strict. Here is exactly what happens between the field and your fridge.

03 — Delivery questions

Six honest answers
What time will my box arrive?

Before 9 a.m. on a priority slot, before 1 p.m. otherwise. You get a message the evening before with a two-hour window, and the driver leaves the box in the insulated sleeve if you are out.

What if I am not home?

The box stays cold for six hours in its insulated sleeve, so a normal working day is not a problem. You can also nominate a safe place or a neighbour from your account.

How late can I change my order?

Thursday midnight for the following Monday. After that the harvest is already planned against your box, which is the whole reason nothing sits in a warehouse.

Do you deliver outside the listed zones?

Not yet. The 30 km limit is what keeps the cold chain honest — beyond it we would need a depot, and a depot is a shelf. Join the waitlist and we will write when a route opens.

What happens to the bottles and the sleeve?

Leave them out on your next delivery day and the driver takes them back. Glass is washed and reused, the sleeve is reused until it fails, then recycled.

A bottle arrived damaged. Now what?

Write to hello@vitalitygreen.com with a photo and we replace the whole delivery on the next run, no questions. It is rare, and it is on us when it happens.

Free delivery on every plan, in every zone we serve.
