Ingredients

Five greens.
Every one earns it.

No ingredient is here because it photographs well. Each one does a specific job — density, hydration, absorption, compounds, or keeping the whole thing drinkable — and we would drop it the day it stopped.

The line-up

100% certified organic · 6 partner farms
Kale — fresh organic produce
N°01 Best October to March

Kale

Brassica oleracea

Nutrient density

The most concentrated leaf we press. One serving covers a full day of vitamin K and most of your vitamin A, which is why it anchors four of our five blends.

  • Vitamin K — 680% DV
  • Vitamin A — 206% DV
  • Vitamin C — 134% DV
Cucumber — fresh organic produce
N°02 Glasshouse, year round

Cucumber

Cucumis sativus

Hydration base

96% water, which makes it the carrier that lets everything else through without added juice concentrate or filtered water.

  • 96% water content
  • Potassium — 8% DV
  • Silica for skin elasticity
Avocado — fresh organic produce
N°03 Best April to September

Avocado

Persea americana

Fat-soluble carrier

Vitamins A, D, E and K need fat to be absorbed at all. Without a fat source a green juice delivers a fraction of what its label claims.

  • Monounsaturated fat — 15g
  • Vitamin E — 14% DV
  • Folate — 20% DV
Broccoli — fresh organic produce
N°04 Best September to February

Broccoli

Brassica oleracea italica

Sulforaphane source

The cruciferous compound that most of the credible detox research actually points at. It survives cold-pressing; it does not survive boiling.

  • Sulforaphane precursors
  • Vitamin C — 149% DV
  • Fibre — 2.6g
Lime — fresh organic produce
N°05 Year round

Lime

Citrus aurantiifolia

Preservation & lift

Its acidity slows oxidation for the four days a bottle lives, and it is the reason a glass of pressed greens tastes bright instead of like a lawn.

  • Vitamin C — 32% DV
  • Citric acid, natural pH control
  • Flavonoids

DV = percentage of an adult daily value per 250 ml serving. Figures are indicative and vary with harvest.

Sourcing

Six farms, none further than 200 km.

Every grower is certified organic and visited before the first crate. We publish the farm name on each delivery, which only works because the list is short enough to keep honest.

Morning harvest — partner farm N°3

Five greens, pressed the morning before you drink them.
