01 — The juice
What is in the bottleWhat does cold-pressed actually mean?
A hydraulic press extracts juice under pressure alone, at 4°C. A centrifugal juicer spins a blade fast enough to heat the pulp and whip oxygen through it, and both of those degrade vitamin C and the plant enzymes. Same vegetable, different result in the glass.
How long does a bottle keep?
Four days refrigerated. There is no pasteurisation and no preservative, which is exactly why it tastes like the vegetable and exactly why it does not last a month.
Is everything really organic?
Yes — 100% certified organic, from six partner farms all within 200 km of the press house. Each delivery names the farm your greens came from.
Is there added sugar, water or concentrate?
None of the three. Cucumber is 96% water and carries the blend, so nothing has to be added to make the volume up.
Can I choose my blends?
From your second week, yes. The first week ships our default sequence so you have a baseline to compare against.
Do you cater for allergies?
Every ingredient is listed per blend on the ingredients page, and the press house handles no nuts, dairy or gluten. Tell us your restriction when you start and we will flag any blend to avoid.
02 — The programme
How to actually use itIs this a fast or a cleanse?
Neither. You eat normally. The idea is to add one cold-pressed juice to your morning and let the rest follow on its own — the 7-day reset in the Journal explains the reasoning in full.
When is the best time to drink it?
First thing, before anything else, on an empty stomach. Not because of a metabolic trick, but because a ritual you attach to waking up is the one that survives a bad week.
Will I lose weight?
We will not promise that, because we cannot know it and the honest research does not support it as a direct effect. What people report is more consistent energy and better sleep, which tend to change other habits.
Can I drink it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
The juice is unpasteurised, so ask your doctor or midwife first — unpasteurised products carry advice we are not qualified to override.
03 — Delivery
Timing, zones, packagingWhat time will my box arrive?
Before 9 a.m. on a priority slot, before 1 p.m. otherwise. You get a message the evening before with a two-hour window.
What if I am not home?
The insulated sleeve holds temperature for six hours, so a working day is not a problem. You can also nominate a safe place or a neighbour from your account.
How late can I change my order?
Thursday midnight for the following Monday. After that the harvest is already planned against your box.
Do you deliver everywhere?
Within 30 km of the press house. Beyond that we would need a depot, and a depot is a shelf — see the delivery page for the current zones.
What do I do with the bottles?
Leave them out on your next delivery day. Glass is washed and reused, the sleeve is reused until it fails, then recycled.
04 — Plans & billing
Money, pausing, cancellingCan I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click, with no notice period and no fee. Cancel before Thursday midnight and the following week simply does not ship.
Is there a free trial?
No free week — every bottle is a perishable product someone harvested. Instead your first week is fully refundable: drink all of it, tell us it was not for you, and we return the payment.
What happens if I pause?
Nothing is charged, and your plan and blend preferences are kept. Pause for a week or three months, it makes no difference to us.
Do you offer discounts?
Prepaying a four-week cycle saves 12%. There are no other codes — the weekly price is the real price rather than a number inflated to be marked down later.
Which plan should I start with?
Premium, for most people: five mornings is enough to build the habit, and it is the easiest plan to move up or down from.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes — any plan can be gifted for 4, 8 or 12 weeks, and the recipient picks their own blends.
